Le’Fant is supporting the Enterprise Resources, Inc (ERPi) team to expand upon the Veterans Benefits Administration's (VBA) Fully Developed Claim (FDC) program to better serve Veterans and their families using the Decision Ready Claims Initiative. Le’Fant consults and provides the support services necessary to review evidence submitted by the VSO, ensures that all records are complete and present and makes recommendations to VBA on whether an examination or medical opinion is necessary to substantiate the claim.
Benefits Data Quality & Fraud Prevention for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration
Le’Fant supports the Enterprise Resources, Inc (ERPi) team managing the stewardship of Veteran data quality and systematically identifying and preventing benefits fraud. Le’Fant provides project management support in the development of process, procedures and training for data quality resolutions and inaccurate reports of death. This includes the identification and on-going analysis and testing of data, processes, procedures and systems to identify vulnerabilities to prevent and mitigate fraud risks.

Office of Information & Technology (OI&T) Benefits Integration Platform, (BIP) at the Department of Veterans Affairs
The BIP information technology initiative reduces the technology footprint supporting VBA and NCA through the expansion and reuse of VBMS technology solutions.
Supporting the Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) team development efforts, Le'Fant's efforts include Memorial Benefit Management Systems (MBMS) to replace Burials Operations Support System (BOSS) and transitioning and decommissioning other legacy applications such as the Benefits Delivery Network (BDN). We support several programs under the BIP umbrella including Benefits Delivery Network (BDN) Support, Memorial Enterprise Letters (MEL) Support, Memorials - Cemetery Management, BIRLS Development (Beneficiary Identification Records Locator Subsystem), Pension-Automation, and Financial Accounting Systems.
